2026–2027 Season

Season Ticket Member Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your rights and obligations relating to your SF Signal season tickets and contain important provisions regarding payments, ticket use, liability, dispute resolution and other matters.

By submitting payment, including through an automatic payment plan, and/or accessing or using your season tickets, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Signal, League One Volleyball (“LOVB”) and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium policies and procedures.

1. Ticket Rights

Season tickets and all rights associated with them are owned by San Francisco Sports and Entertainment (CA) LLC (“Signal”). Your season tickets constitute a revocable license to attend designated Signal home matches during the 2026–2027 LOVB season at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, California.

Only the first person listed on the season ticket account will be recognized as the season ticket member, except for specifically designated corporate accounts, for which authorized representatives may act on behalf of the account.

Your right to receive and use season tickets is subject to timely payment of all amounts due.

2. Renewal Privileges

Season ticket members will generally have an opportunity to purchase season tickets for the Signal’s home regular-season matches for the following LOVB season on terms established by Signal.

Signal may withdraw or modify renewal privileges, including for failure to make required payments, violation of these Terms or any applicable Signal, LOVB or Bill Graham Civic Auditorium policy, or other default under these Terms.

3. Account and Ticket Transfers

Season ticket accounts and the rights associated with them are non-transferable unless expressly authorized by Signal.

Tickets will be delivered through the Signal Ticketmaster account or another method designated by Signal. Any change to the account holder’s information must be submitted in accordance with Signal’s procedures.

The unauthorized sale, resale or attempted resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation of tickets or the season ticket account without refund or compensation.

Authorized resale of tickets may be conducted through Ticketmaster or another platform expressly approved by Signal and will be subject to the applicable platform’s terms and conditions.

Signal may void a ticket transfer or cancel a ticket if the recipient does not satisfy applicable safety, security or venue requirements.

4. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

Your right to purchase and receive season tickets may be revoked if payment is not made when due. Amounts previously paid may be retained by Signal to the extent permitted by applicable law, and Signal reserves all legal and equitable remedies for unpaid amounts.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS.

If admission is refused or revoked, or if a match is cancelled and not replayed, or is played under conditions that prohibit you from attending, your sole and exclusive remedy, if any, will be a refund of up to the applicable ticket’s face value as established by Signal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal, LOVB and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium will not be liable for damages exceeding the applicable ticket face value.

5. Fan Code of Conduct

Signal is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, inclusive and enjoyable environment for players, coaches, officials, staff and fans. By purchasing, holding or using a Signal ticket, you agree to comply with the Signal Fan Code of Conduct and all applicable venue policies.

Fans are expected to:

  • Treat players, coaches, officials, staff and fellow fans with respect and courtesy.

  • Throwing or intentionally directing objects onto the court or toward players, officials or other guests.
  • Fighting, threatening physical harm or engaging in physical violence.
  • Interfering with match play or intentionally distracting or disrupting players, officials or other participants.
  • Engaging in conduct that creates a safety concern or unreasonably interferes with another guest’s experience.
  • Displaying signs, clothing or messages containing obscene, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate content, or content that interferes with match operations or the safety and enjoyment of others.

Signal and venue personnel may intervene when necessary to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Violations may result in immediate ejection without refund, ticket cancellation, revocation or cancellation of a season ticket membership, suspension or termination of ticket purchasing privileges, and/or referral to law enforcement when appropriate.

You are responsible for the conduct of guests using tickets associated with your account. Conduct by a guest may result in action against your account, including revocation or cancellation of tickets or season ticket membership.

6. Assumption of Risk and Release

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE HOLDER OF ANY SIGNAL TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGERS OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, ILLNESS, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A SIGNAL MATCH, WHETHER OCCURRING BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE MATCH AND HOWEVER CAUSED.

The season ticket member agrees to the release and waiver provisions set forth in the applicable Signal, LOVB and venue agreements and policies.

8. Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; Opt-Out

Should any controversy, dispute or claim (a “Dispute”) arise out of or relating to your season tickets or the use thereof, the issue shall be decided by arbitration. The arbitration proceeding shall be seated in and conducted under the applicable rules of arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures in San Francisco, California unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor its representatives may disclose the existence, content, or results of any negotiation or arbitration hereunder without the prior written consent of both parties.

By agreeing to these Terms, you are waiving your ability to have any Dispute decided by a court or jury or to participate in class action litigation and class-wide arbitration as a class representative, a class member, or in any other capacity. Unless you opt out of arbitration as outlined below, all Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis with you only.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LIABILITY OF SIGNAL AND ITS AFFILIATES ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION OR USE OF A SEASON TICKET, INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WILL BE LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SEASON TICKET MEMBER’S UNUSED TICKETS.

IN NO EVENT WILL SIGNAL, LOVB OR BILL GRAHAM CIVIC AUDITORIUM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

10. Image and Media Rights

By attending a Signal match, you grant Signal, LOVB, Bill Graham Civic Auditorium and their respective designees and agents, including sponsors, permission to use your image, likeness, voice, actions and statements captured at or in connection with a Signal match in any live or recorded audio, video, film, photograph, broadcast, transmission, publication or other media, whether now known or later developed, for commercial, promotional, editorial or other lawful purposes without additional authorization or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
